Refund
Policy

Our policy states that we do not issue refunds midway through a term if you pay for the term upfront.

Additionally, recreational monthly payments will be cancelled only at the end of each enrolled term. For example, you join in January and choose to leave in, May you will still be charged until July which marks the end of the term of the summer term, if you wished to have cancelled to not have been charged until then, you would have had to complete this in the Spring term. Our payment system states which term we are currently in.
Our Terms work the same way school terms work, Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer.
